With a teenage daughter who has cerebral palsy and uses a wheelchair, the question of what can be done as far as Senior pictures came to mind. However, Julia Sternau Photography put our minds to ease with her gift! She is so professional yet so personal! Creative?? OH MY GOSH is she creative! Her and her husband created a hoist system that allowed her to take a picture of our daughter standing up...even though she can't stand. She made something that wasn't even possible become possible and now we have a picture that will last forever of that VERY special moment! Even now, 5 months later, my husband can't look at the senior pictures without tearing up because of how wonderful they are and how, even though in some of her pictures she is in her wheelchair and it's visible, you don't see it because she is able to capture our daughter's outer and inner beauty and that is what sticks out! I went to Julia to get my senior pictures done. I'm so glad I picked her to do them. I had some unusual requests for my pictures and around where I lived, I got looked at weird when I asked if I could pictures taken in a graveyard. Julia didn't even think twice. She came up with amazing ideas and made the experience simply awesome. She was a lot of fun and had me laughing the whole time she was taking pictures of me. I think she captured every side of me, from the crazy, goofy (natural) blonde to the dark thinker. I love Julia and would recommend her to anybody.

Julia is professional, fun, and has an eye for making you look great!! Reasonably priced, good quality photos. My daughter and I had such a great time, she has an amazing outdoor setup and also an indoor studio. She really gets know you, and brings that out in each and every photo. Would highly recommend to family and friends!!
